KINDLY READ THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.

1. Terms and Conditions for Institute of Hollywood & Bollywood (hereinafter referred to as “Institute” or “IHB”) prescribed for the people enrolling of the institute for its online/offline courses.

2. For Offline courses that include the award of a Certification at the end of the course, students needs to complete 90% of the course and it is mandatory. If student unable to complete the minimum required offline lectures, for any reason, the institute will not award the promised Certification at the end of the offline course.

3. The sessions are scheduled to start on as per the date and time scheduled (would be updated on the portal). As being an offline course student needs to finish minimum of 90% of lectures from the total.

4. Student will not participate in any activity within or outside the institute which could disturb or harm the brand image, goodwill, peace and tranquillity of the activities of the institute.

5. As an individual enrolled with the institute, student will not be permitted to use IHB’s name in any auditions or any situations should the need arise; in written or verbal form without completing the course and obtaining the certificate.

6. At any point no student is allowed to connect with the media to discuss or speak about IHB without the consent of the concerned IHB officials, to be availed by written application only.

7. The copyright of the content, recorded audio, video and any material created with /by the student and taught by the teachers, during my tenure at the institute is the property of the institute and that I will have no claims on such material. The institute has all the rights to use such material at their discretion for marketing, branding and promotional purpose.

8. Student’s admission will be cancelled if he/she found ineligible and/or the information provided by him/her is found to be incorrect or falsified.

9. The fees paid to register individual’s admission for the course is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable to another person under any circumstances.

10. It is also to be noted that, the Institute does not indulge in any kinds of transactions with cash. It is to be understood that anyone asking for cash for the admission of IHB’s Acting Course shall be considered as false and baseless commitment, no person individual / company associated with us is not involved in kind of cash transaction.

11. Failed payment transactions will be my responsibility and the institute shall be in no means to consider
it as a an exception to grant access to the course materials.

12. Consumption of alcohol and narcotics, drugs, smoking, chewing gum, chewing of pan-masala and such activities are strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of such a breach will be expelled from the institute and its course(s).

13. Student needs to be dressed appropriately and decently.

14. Student needs to keep themselves up-to-date of the activities of the Institute and abide by all communications put up on the website.

15. Disrespect or discourtesy to guests, faculty and office staff on or outside premises will be considered as an act of indiscipline and I can be expelled from the programme and fined for indulging in the same.

16. The rules of the Institute can be altered / changed by the management at appropriate times keeping in view the best interest of students and the institute. It will be students responsibility to stay updated of these changes.

17. Views and opinions expressed by students, artists, teachers and performers either actively engaged with the institute, or have moved on from the institute, in course of their training, performance, or on their social media channels, or any third party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise, are solely their own and neither do they represent those of IHB nor are they endorsed in any manner.

18. Students at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views. IHB will not be responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views, and any claims, damages, outrage arising due to the comments, pictures or videos posted by the students, artists, performers on their personal / professional channels.

19. Additionally, IHB shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of student or artist’s performance.

After having read the above Terms & Conditions and knowing these facts, and in consideration of student’s willing registration participation in the course, Student, for himself/herself and anyone entitled to act on his/her behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Institute of Hollywood & Bollywood, its trainers, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, actions, or claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the student, or to any property belonging to student, while participating in the courses and activities.
